Mental Health Awareness
The charity MIND confirms that at least one in six workers experiences common mental health problems, including anxiety and depression. Research shows work is the biggest cause of stress in people's lives, more so than debt or financial problems.
There are many common mental health conditions such as stress, depression, ADHD and schizophrenia and this one-day course will look at the facts, symptoms and treatments for these.
It will cover how a workplace can help to manage these conditions and how co-workers can help to support each other.
An interactive course, it will cover some techniques for managing stress in the workplace and gives delegates time for question and answer as well as discussion around each condition.
