Emergency First Aid At Work Training Course (1 Day)

This regulated course is ideal for nominated persons responsible for the provision of first aid in smaller and lower risk businesses or for people who support qualified first aiders in larger organisations.

This one day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course can be OFQUAL / QUALSAFE approved.

Once completed the delegate will be awarded a certificate that enables them to become a nominated emergency first aider in accordance with HSE First Aid at Work Regulations 1981, requiring employers to provide adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities and personnel to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work.

The course covers a range of emergency situations enabling the candidate to preserve life, manage casualties, treat minor injuries and to prevent further harm.
