The NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management is designed for those with responsibilities for fire safety within their organisation or those looking to practice as a fire safety adviser.
The course us a high level qualification covering all aspects of fire safety including a range of fire protective and preventative measures, arming directors, managers and Health and Safety professionals with the knowledge and skills to undertake fire risk assessments for lower risk work environments.
The course is divided into three set units as prescribed by the NEBOSH syllabus:
Unit NGC1, Management of Health and Safety, and FC1 covering fire safety and risk management and culminates with a two hour written examination.
Unit FC2 required the delegate to complete a three hour practical examination within their own workplace. This practical examination will be overseen by externally accredited NEBOSH moderators.
