Equality and Diversity

It is important that all employees are aware of the Equality Act and comply with it. This course will introduce anyone within a business to the Equality Act and help to ensure your business remains compliant.

The basic elements of the Equality Act are covered, and it looks at some of the different groups or individuals who may be present within your business and how they should be treated. Part of the course will include an anonymous questionnaire to gather information about Equality and Diversity in the workplace and any issues can be addressed.

An interactive course, allowing open discussion about thoughts and feelings and how to avoid turning workplace 'banter' into something more offensive. Different cultures and how these can be embraced into the business is also part of the syllabus.
